As a pet-friendly community, how is pet waste handled?

We want to ensure that we provide a clean and safe neighborhood for all of our four-legged residents. To help with that goal, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab.

Do you participate in any affordable housing programs?

We do not currently participate in any affordable housing programs. Please feel free to reach out to our team for more information on our rental criteria and available options.

Can I tour virtually?

Yes, we offer various touring options to all potential residents, including a 360 tour, virtual tours with an agent, and more!

Do I have to pay for parking?

Detached and attached garages are available for residents at an additional cost. All residents can park for free in our community parking lot.

Do you have washers and dryers?

Select homes at Wyndemere include washers and dryers! Laundry facilities are located on-site for all residents!
